We Live Here, See More Art This Year

Last week was a whirlwind of events, talks and tours. It was an exceptional opportunity to see art and meet artists from around the world and to convene through work that touches us deeply. And there's still so much to experience. Below is a micro-list of local shows, exhibits and things with an extended run to keep your culture fix satisfied into the New Year. We’ve also made an extended version so be sure to visit bit.ly/postbasel for the extended version.

Galleries Galore
From the NY Times acclaimed Mette Tommerup show at Emerson Dorsch to Cooper Jacoby's Stragglers at Central Fine, Miami's galleries are dope. Several shows end in January so now is the time to go.

Pop-Up Oasis
Incredibly proud of Commissioner alumnus Justin "Chino" Clarke for launching his first gallery space Chino Alexander Gallery. The opening exhibition featuring photography by Enoch Contreras is about community in community. Downtown Miami at 39 NE 1st Ave #1B, on view through December 21.

Art Meets Design
Visit Casacor Miami. Curated by Lina Hargrett of Empty Apartment, browse innovative spaces, curated nature experiences and take in works by Karen Rifas, Elisabeth Condon and Robert Chambers. Brickell City Center, on view until December 21.
