Visit NADA with Artist Autumn Casey

  • Ice Palace Studios 1400 North Miami Avenue Miami, FL, 33136 United States (map)

Join artist Autumn Casey for a hand-picked exploration of Miami-based artists and galleries exhibiting at New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) during Miami Art Week.

New World School of the Arts alumna Autumn draws on the ambiguity of personal memory and pop-cultural ephemera to fantasize and elaborate on reflections of the world. Her practice, which moves from sculpture to collage, and video to performance, considers the history of the found object and assemblage. For these reasons and so many more, we’re thrilled to explore the 19th edition of NADA Miami on Saturday, December 4, at 12:30 PM with Autumn.

NADA Miami 2021, which runs from December 1–4, will feature over 100 exhibitors across three sections: Galleries; NADA Projects, an open, exhibition-like presentation of new art from emerging voices; and the latest addition, Publishers, presented by Printed Matter and Exile Books. This exciting collaboration with Printed Matter and Miami’s Exile Books will host exhibitors featuring new work as well as historical and rare publications, accessible and DIY approaches to bookmaking, and subject matter that engages with varied critical perspectives. The onsite presentation will be accompanied by a digital platform featuring a schedule of free online programs in addition to exhibitor and publication highlights.

Open to all members with RSVP.

NADA Miami 2021 will host an online presentation on newartdealers.org, bringing the latest offerings from leading contemporary artists to an even broader audience. Learn more about NADA’s Membership Program here. NADA Miami is on view December 1–4, 2021

Thanks to the support of Mitchell Wolfson Sr Foundation, we partner with New World School of the Arts to connect Commissioner’s aspiring art collector base with the next generation of emerging and accomplished visual artists and photographers.
