Sangam / Desert with Annam Miami

It was all about art, activism and how the two can feed the soul.

On Friday, November 8, Commissioner partnered with Annam Miami to host a five course plant-based dinner at the Dimensions Variable exhibition space, titled Sangam / Desert. Inspired by Stuart Sheldon's social practice and featuring artist Cara Despain, Annam Miami prepared a culinary journey centered on food, art and activism. At a table surrounded by 40 people, the dinner was a meaningful way to explore how food, art and activism intersect. There was even a zine!

Libations were generously been provided by Tito's Handmade Vodka and City Beautiful Beverage Co.
