Luna Palazzolo-Daboul is the Artist's Artist
Luna Palazzolo-Daboul is the third commissioned artist of Season Seven.
Born in Argentina and based in Miami, Luna developed her style through years of assisting artists and working in conservation. Her work focuses primarily on sculpture and installation as well as video performance, painting, and digital technology. Self-taught, she explores themes of morality, identity, and the human condition.
Luna is also the founder of Tunnel Projects. This beloved artist-run project space offers affordable studios, peer critiques, exhibitions, and curatorial opportunities—an ecosystem of support that’s self-actualized and rooted in community. Since opening in 2022 in Little Havana, Tunnel Projects has welcomed some of the most exciting emerging artists, including Commissioner collaborators and artist scholars Nicole Combeau, Anna Gorackzo, Najja Moon, Cornelius Tulloch, and Carrington Ware.
