Join us for a public screening and conversation centered around GeoVanna Gonzalez’s Lost Underground. The experimental dance film explores the role of queer clubs as spaces of communal care, liberation and self-preservation; and will be followed by an artist talk with Gonzalez, collaborators Yesenia Rojas and Monica Sorelle, exhibition curator Sally Eaves Hughes, and special guest Akia Dorsainvil.
This program is presented in conjunction with the exhibition, Common Space, currently on view at Oolite Arts until January 23, 2022. Additional support for the film Lost Underground was provided by Maven Leadership Collective and Commissioner.
Open to all. No RSVP required. Please visit the website at untitledartfairs.com for fair admission, hours and information. Commissioner members should redeem fair passes for complimentary access.
