On a national scale, Americans for the Arts and Artist Relief released data of their COVID-19 Impact Survey for Artists and Creative Workers, reporting that 62% of artists have become fully unemployed because of COVID-19; 95% have experienced a loss of income; and 66% cannot access the supplies, resources, people or spaces necessary for their creative work.
Join the conversation to discuss the pressures facing artists today and explore what lies ahead with Rosie Gordon-Wallace (Diaspora Vibe Cultural Arts Incubator), Esther Park (Oolite Arts), and artists GeoVanna Gonzalez (Supplement Projects) and Misael Soto (Department of Reflection), live from Miami.
